Gdansk
Gdańsk is a city in the north of Poland, located on the shore of the Baltic Sea in the Gdańsk Bay. The population is 470,000. Together with the cities of Sopot and Gdynia, Gdansk forms a conurbation called the TriCity, where around 750,000 inhabitants live. Two rivers, the Moltawa and the Vistula, flow through the city. There are also beaches in the city, for example Brzezno beach, other beaches are in the vicinity of Gdańsk. The city has a long and rich history spanning over 1000 years. Gdansk developed mainly thanks to trade. The port on the Baltic, which is still the largest port in Poland, and the mouth of the Vistula River were the ideal combination to make Gdańsk a commercial center. In 1361 Gdańsk joined the Hansa, thanks to which it became the main port of the country and in the 15th-17th centuries the largest city in Poland. One of the main commodities that flowed this way was grain. The city grew rich and developed today. We can see merchant houses on Dluha Street and in the surrounding area. Neptune's fountain from the 17th century is beautiful. The gates which are called Golden, Green and Highland. Church of the Virgin Mary. On the Moltawa embankment is the oldest medieval crane, one of the city's icons.
Sopot
Sopot is a spa town near Gdańsk, in the Bay of Gdańsk on the coast of the Baltic Sea. There are many hotels and resorts, restaurants, several beaches and the longest wooden pier in Europe, more than 500 meters long. About 35,000 inhabitants live in the city, which is also part of the TriCity. https://visit.sopot.pl/en/

Hel Peninsula
The Hel Peninsula is a 35 kilometer long sandy peninsula with many sandy beaches and dunes. The island is partly covered with pine forests, at the end of the peninsula is the small town of Hel, in the middle lies Jastarnia and at the end is the beautiful Puck beach. In the high season, car transport is quite complicated, but it is possible to use the train that goes across the entire peninsula to Hel. https://pomorskie.travel/en/articles/hel/

Vistula Spit
This peninsula lies east of Gdańsk, and is less well-known than the Hel Peninsula, despite less tourism. It is 70 km (43 mi) long. The sand dunes are 10-12 meters high, the highest point being 49.5 meters (162 ft). There are several beaches here, the main resort is Krynica Morska.
